Some parents may dread eating in public with their children.  Here are some tips that may make your family dining experience more enjoyable:
1. Pack a small bag with age-appropriate toys, crayons, and paper.  Make sure each child has his or her own bag.
2. Bring a small container with cheerios for the older babies and toddlers.  This will keep their hands and mouths busy while waiting for a meal.
3. Have the wait staff put the kids’ orders in right away – hungry children often have meltdowns...
